HITT Contracting is seeking a Construction Assistant in Seattle, WA to support project managers with organizing documentation, preparing meeting and pricing packages, and coordinating with subs and the project team. This role emphasizes accurate, timely deliverables and strong communication.
You will report to the Project Manager, interact daily with management, subcontractors, vendors and clients, and ensure professional, audience-appropriate communication.

A Construction Assistant will help with a myriad of tasks to assist project managers to successfully complete projects and assignments. This includes, but is not limited to, organizing project documentation, preparing meeting packages and pricing packages, information distribution with subs and project team members, and operation and maintenance manuals.
In Accordance With The Washington Equal Pay And Opportunity Act, Section RCW 49.58.110, The Base Salary Range For This Position Is
$69,300.00 - $85,800.00
Compensation in other cities and states may vary. The determination of salary is based on the candidate’s individual professional experience, qualifications, education, skills, and training.
