Apple Rehab is seeking a dedicated Construction Crew Member to join our internal construction team, working on projects across our 21 nursing communities in CT and RI. This full-time role involves traveling to multiple locations, performing light framing, drywalling, painting, door and flooring installations, and collaborating with the lead foreman on carpentry projects.

Applicants should have 3-5 years of construction experience, be willing to travel to all locations, work in varied weather,

Responsabilidades

• Light framing and drywalling across multiple sites.
• Painting, fire door installations, and flooring installations.
• Cabinet, countertop, and trim installations on projects.
• Concrete repair and related carpentry tasks as needed.
• Climb ladders (under 2 stories) and work indoors/outdoors.
• Coordinate with lead foreman on projects.

Apple Rehab is seeking a dedicated Construction Crew Member to join our dynamic team!

Job Description:

As a Construction Crew Member, you will be an integral part of our internal construction team, working on projects across our 21 nursing communities in CT and RI. Your role will involve working in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors, and tackling diverse tasks at different locations on a daily and weekly basis. You will collaborate with our lead foreman on various construction and carpentry projects.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Light framing
• Drywalling
• Painting
• Fire door installations
• Flooring installations
• Cabinet, countertop, and trim installations
• Concrete repair
• Ability to climb ladders (under 2 stories)

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of construction experience
• Must be willing and able to travel to all locations
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Capability to perform tasks both inside and outside
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Basic hand tools required
• Must be a team player
