Job summary

Proformance Roofing in Fort Pierce, Florida, seeks an Area Manager to lead construction field and office operations in the assigned area. You will coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and maintain builder relationships while driving project timelines and budgets.

The role requires supervising field staff, managing payroll, and reporting area performance. Travel within the service area is expected, with attention to safety and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for coordinating teams and builders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction field and office operations for the assigned area.
• Coordinate subcontractors and field technicians to ensure project execution and standards.
• Assign work orders and adjust schedules using Dynamics and Skedulo.
• Manage subcontractor payroll and timely payments.
• Enforce safety requirements and quality standards for all subcontractors.
• Build and maintain strong builder relationships; attend on-site meetings.
• Visit communities weekly and manage notifications and records in Dynamics.
• Ensure 3–5 work orders are completed daily in assigned communities.
• Document material shortages and discrepancies; communicate with corporate team.
