Job summary

Proformance Builder Solutions is seeking an Area Manager to oversee construction field and office operations across the assigned Florida region. You will lead field technicians, coordinate subcontractors, manage payroll, and ensure safety and quality standards while building strong builder relationships.

Visit communities weekly, supervise work orders, and collaborate with corporate staff to resolve material shortages and scheduling challenges to keep projects on track and customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or a similar leadership role.
• Weekend and Holiday work may be required based on the business/area needs and at the discretion of the GM or Regional Operations Director.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, safety standards, and quality control.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with builders, subcontractors, and team members.
• Proficiency in project management tools, including Dynamics and Skedulo.
• Experience with safety and quality enforcement, including managing chargebacks.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction field and office operations for the assigned area.
• Provide guidance to Field Technicians to ensure efficiency and policy adherence.
• Assign work orders and adjust schedules using Dynamics and Skedulo.
• Dispatch subcontractors and manage payroll for the assigned area.
• Enforce safety requirements and ensure quality standards.
• Visit communities at least weekly and manage 3–5 work orders daily.
• Document material deliveries and track discrepancies in Dynamics.
• Coordinate with corporate staff to resolve shortages and model discrepancies.
