Job summary

Best Roofing is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field operations for commercial roofing projects in South Florida. You will manage Site Supervisors and Crew Leaders, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating with internal teams and clients.

You will drive process adherence to the company’s 31 Steps framework, supervise daily site activities, review progress, and prepare client-facing reports.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive experience in commercial construction, preferably roofing.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent experience with industry certifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction project management tools (HubSpot CRM, Company Cam).
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to interpret and manage construction budgets, schedules, and work plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of commercial roofing projects, ensuring alignment with rigorous safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Lead Site Supervisors and Crew Leaders, coordinating with Project Management, Logistics, and Leadership to ensure timely delivery.
• Utilize HubSpot CRM and Project Tracking Tools to monitor progress and maintain records.
• Prepare client-facing OPM reports and participate in weekly logistics scheduling meetings.
• Ensure OSHA and RCCS compliance on all projects.
