Job summary

You will collaborate with project teams to ensure invoices are complete and accurate, follow through to collection, and support month-end close while seeking process improvements to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of accounts receivable, billing, collections, or related accounting experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process contract billings accurately and timely.
• Review billing support documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate differences among invoices, payments, and records.
• Research and resolve routine billing questions, account discrepancies, and unapplied cash.
• Monitor assigned accounts receivable balances and proactively follow up on past-due invoices.
• Assist with month-end close activities and AR reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency and accuracy.
