The ideal candidate should have experience with accounting software, strong organizational and communication skills, and a background in the construction industry. Competitive compensation ranges from $60,000.00 to $67,000.00 per year, along with benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, and Paid Time Off. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US and willing to commute to the office.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of experience with accounting software.
• Experience in the construction industry is required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsabilités

• Work with engineers to ensure logs are updated correctly.
• Manage and organize mailing and filing systems.
• Maintain the cost system and provide required reports.
• Respond promptly to employee requests for information.
• Route agreements, contracts, and invoices through the signature process.
• Assist in HR, Accounting, & Payroll activities.
• Work directly with other clerks to complete assigned tasks.
• Organize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
