ABCO Maintenance is hiring for a Construction and Maintenance Project Manager (Remote). A fully remote role with a salary range of 60K–65K, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

The candidate will oversee maintenance projects, manage onsite teams, and ensure safety compliance while coordinating timelines and addressing on-site issues. Requirements include 10+ years in maintenance/construction, proven PM or supervisor experience, and strong leadership.

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance/construction.
• Proven experience as Construction Supervisor, Project Manager or similar in construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facility maintenance projects and work orders.
• Supervise and manage onsite workforce.
• Monitor project progress and update management.
• Coordinate/schedule and monitor project timelines.
• Ensure safety regulations compliance and a safe work environment.
