ABCO Maintenance, a Commercial Facility Maintenance/Construction firm, is seeking a Construction and Maintenance Project Manager for a remote role. The position offers a competitive salary of 60K to 65K, comprehensive benefits, and weekly pay, with full remote flexibility.

As the PM, you will supervise daily maintenance projects, manage onsite teams, monitor progress, coordinate timelines, ensure safety compliance, and swiftly troubleshoot on-site issues while communicating with management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance and/or construction.
• Proven PM or supervisor experience in construction.
• Solid employment history.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Conflict resolution skills.
