Job summary

You will work with Mission Control to build predictive dashboards, collaborate with Data and Operations, and translate complex data into practical actions on site and in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 2-4 years in construction operations or data analytics.
• Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, Oracle; strong Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to translate data into insights.
• Interest in predictive analytics and construction technology.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance to identify early risk indicators.
• Analyze cost, schedule, and safety trends to develop insights.
• Support Mission Control with dashboards, analytics, and executive reporting.
• Translate analysis into actionable recommendations for PMs and senior leaders.
• Collaborate with Data and Operations to deploy predictive analytics and tools.
• Participate in onsite reviews to connect data with field conditions.
• Identify opportunities to improve data and tech use in risk management.
