Ironsite AI in San Francisco is seeking a Construction Data Analyst to turn raw jobsite captures into actionable insights for contractors and project leaders.

You will sit between Operations and field teams, translating observations, labels, and metrics into dashboards, reports, and guidance that help improve productivity, safety, and delivery timelines. You will communicate with frontline staff and leadership on data-driven decisions and build repeatable reporting that scales across accounts.

Qualifications

• Analyze labeled jobsite data to quantify labor productivity
• Build and maintain customer-facing dashboards and reports
• Map capture back to contractor work breakdown structure and labor codes
• Spot the signal in the noise and surface trends that matter to projects
• Present findings to superintendents, project engineers, and self-perform leadership

Responsibilities

• Analyze labeled jobsite data to quantify labor productivity, activity mix, crew utilization, and the impact of site changes
• Build and maintain customer-facing dashboards and reports that make complex jobsite data legible at a glance
• Map capture back to each contractor’s work breakdown structure and labor codes so findings connect to cost and schedule
• Spot the signal in the noise and surface the trends, constraints, and wins that a project team would otherwise miss
• Serve as the analytics point of contact for projects, presenting findings to leadership and translating insight into decisions
• Run recurring data reviews with customers and translate questions into repeatable reporting
