Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Construction Analyst to provide advanced analytical support to the construction team. You will lead data collection, reporting, and performance tracking for complex projects, manage budgets, and perform detailed cost estimation with variance analysis.

Job Description:

Provide advanced analytical support to the construction team, leveraging extensive experience in data collection, reporting, and performance tracking for complex projects. Take a lead role in the preparation and management of project budgets, including detailed cost estimation, tracking, and in-depth variance analysis. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to gather, synthesize, and analyze data for construction reports and presentations, offering expert insights and recommendations. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Birmingham, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
