Job summary

Amerco in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a property data analyst to gather and interpret information related to land use, permitting, and building construction. You will support status tracking and reporting by category, status, and progress of each property.

You will maintain a comprehensive database of all properties and projects and communicate with construction owners’ representatives to gather current information on schedules and status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting, or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced Excel, Office 365/Teams knowledge; strong Power BI skills.
• Smartsheet platform experience; knowledge of real estate and construction management.
• Strong accounting principles and excellent communication skills.
