Salas O’Brien in the United States (New England area) seeks a Construction Administrator to liaise between design teams, contractors, and owners during construction, ensuring design intent is upheld on site.
You will review submittals and RFIs, perform site visits, coordinate communications, and maintain thorough documentation using CM platforms. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing/fire protection is required; 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
The Construction Administrator supports the successful execution of building projects by serving as a key liaison between design teams, contractors, and owners during the construction phase. This role requires a strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and/or plumbing/fire protection systems and focuses on reviewing construction documentation, coordinating communication, and performing site observations to ensure work aligns with design intent and project requirements.
Up to 60% in the New England area
The expected base salary range for this role is $65,000-$90,000USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
