Job summary

Salas O’Brien is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead a fast-paced, multi‑discipline team on complex projects from initiation through closeout. You’ll handle scope, schedule, budget, resources, and stakeholder communication with architects, engineers, and contractors.

This hybrid role requires strong leadership, client management, and financial oversight. Travel is limited; base salary ranges from $95,000 to $120,000 USD annually, plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Construction Management or Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and/or PMP certification desired.
• 10+ years in project management with 4+ years on large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate information flow between client, contractors and project team.
• Lead project meetings and prepare status reports.
• Assist in contract negotiations and client relationship management.
• Provide financials and invoicing to support timely payments.
