Responsibilities

• Work with engineers to ensure logs are updated correctly.
• Manage and organize mailing and filing systems.
• Maintain the cost system and provide required reports.
• Respond promptly to employee requests for information and assistance.
• Route agreements, contracts, and invoices through the signature process.
• Assist in HR, Accounting & Payroll activities.
• Provide assistance to the team as needed.
• Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and tasks.
• Plan and organize own work assignments.
