Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers to ensure logs are updated correctly.
• Manage and organize mailing and filing systems.
• Maintain the cost system and provide required reports.
• Respond promptly to employee information requests.
• Route agreements, contracts, and invoices through signatures.
• Assist in HR, Accounting & Payroll activities as needed.
• Work with other clerks to complete assigned tasks.
• Provide data entry and research assistance.
• Organize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
• Plan and organize work assignments effectively.
