Join a close-knit accounting team with flexible hours in a supportive in-office environment. You will manage invoices, billing, payroll support, and job-cost tracking while ensuring accurate project accounting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Construction accounting experience preferred.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Excel, job costing, and progress billing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor and subcontractor invoices and code costs to projects.
• Assist with customer billing, progress billings, pay applications, and accounts receivable.
• Support weekly payroll documentation and job-cost tracking.
• Reconcile project costs, vendor statements, and accounting records.
• Maintain subcontractor documentation and assist with project financial reporting.
• Provide general accounting and administrative support to the Controller and team.
