Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close.
• Prepare financial statements and reporting.
• Oversee general ledger, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
• Coordinate year-end activities with external CPA.
• Process union and certified payroll.
• Manage payroll taxes, benefits administration, and employee onboarding.
• Oversee construction billing, progress billings, and retention tracking.
• Handle collections, lien management, and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare WIP (Work-in-Progress) reports.
• Support contract accounting and job costing.
