Calqulate Metrics Ltd. seeks an Accounting Manager for our on-site operation in Stockbridge, GA. You will lead daily accounting functions for a growing commercial construction-focused business, working closely with ownership and project teams to drive accurate financials and project profitability.

The role demands 5–10 years of accounting experience, strong QuickBooks Online and Excel skills, and a hands-on leadership style in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Competenze

• Approximately 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Construction/project-cost accounting experience preferred.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and tech adaptability.
• Hands-on, owner-facing approach with team leadership.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations and a three-person team.
• Manage month-end close, general ledger and reconciliations.
• Oversee AP, AR, collections and customer billing.
• Prepare financial statements and management reporting.
• Monitor cash flow and short-term forecasts.
• Strengthen job-costing and project-accounting processes.
• Develop and maintain accounting controls.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with the owner.
• Collaborate with project managers and external CPA.
