Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for construction projects and related activities.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Review project profitability reports and WIP calculations.
• Monitor contract billing, progress billings, retainage, and change orders.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
