Cabinet Masters, Inc. is seeking an Accounting & Administrative Clerk to manage data entry, filing, and document management across our growing accounting function.

Working under the Controller and with AR/Collections and AP/Payroll teams, you will ensure accurate entries in QuickBooks Online and INNERGY, and keep records current. This entry-level role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who enjoys detail work and cross-training.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong attention to detail with high-volume data entry experience.
• Well-organized and dependable with ability to meet recurring deadlines.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to support team members.

Responsibilities

• Enter vendor bills and expense transactions into QuickBooks Online with accuracy.
• Match and code credit card feed transactions for Controller review.
• Organize and file vendor W-9s and certificates of insurance; maintain audit-ready records.
• Assist with accounts receivable, invoicing, and lien waivers; support collections activities.
• Maintain filing systems, handle mail, and support general office coordination.
