Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is seeking an Associate to join our CAAS (Construction Industry) team based out of one of the following offices: Orlando, FL; Tampa, FL; Raleigh, NC; Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; or St. Louis, MO.

This role focuses on client service, daily financial transactions, and period-end processes within a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have accounting/financial experience and meet the bachelor’s degree requirement, with a willingness to work across diverse

Qualifications

• Accounting and financial experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Client Service: handle multiple clients, software, and chart of accounts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Day to Day Transactions: coordinate and process accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll.
• Month End Processing: complete financial statements and reconciliations, including bank and credit card reconciliations and prepaids.
• Quarterly/Annual Processing: complete sales tax returns, Form 1099s and other forms as requested by clients.
