Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen seeks an Associate to join our CAAS (Construction Industry) team based out of one of the following offices: Orlando, FL; Tampa, FL; Raleigh, NC; Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; or St. Louis, MO.

The role involves client service, day-to-day financial processing, and month-end and quarterly/annual closings. Required is a bachelor's degree; accounting and financial experience are preferred, with a combination of related experience and training considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Client Service: Gains ability to handle multiple clients, software, and chart of accounts daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Day to Day Transactions: Coordinates & processes accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll.
• Month End Processing: Completes financial statements. Coordinates and completes account reconciliations (bank & credit card reconciliations, prepaids, accounts receivable, fixed assets, accounts payable, accruals).
• Quarterly/Annual Processing: Completes sales tax returns, Form 1099s and other forms or items as requested by clients.
