Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of job costing and construction billing.
• Experience with AIA billing and WIP reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage A/P, A/R, billing, and project accounting.
• Handle job costing, WIP, and project financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly AIA billings and review schedules of values.
• Process subcontractor and vendor invoices.
• Track change orders, commitments, and project costs.
• Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close.
• Work closely with Project Managers and management on project financials.
• Assist with certified payroll, lien waivers, and other construction documentation.
