Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a construction accounting role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Vista ERP and Viewpoint Vista.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and job costing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial aspects of construction projects, including cost analysis, job cost reporting, and cost tracking.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate postings and timely processing.
• Perform regular account reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
• Develop and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders, providing insight into project performance.
• Handle month-end close procedures and create journal entries as needed.
• Utilize Vista ERP and Viewpoint Vista for efficient financial management.
• Track and forecast project budgets to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with project managers to meet financial objectives.
• Ensure financial compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
