Job summary

You will configure contracts in the ERP system to support revenue recognition and reporting, collaborating with project managers, billing, and auditors. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least two years of relevant experience with strong Excel skills and proactive detail orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• Two years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare labor reports, contractor tax statements, and audit contracts and change orders.
• Review and finalize lien waivers using approved language.
• Manage supplier waivers with third‑party software.
• Perform account reconciliations, variance analysis, and month‑end close.
