Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Mid Level Construction Project Accountant to support residential construction, repair, and home services work through accurate project billing, vendor invoice processing, expense tracking, and job cost reporting.

You will process vendor invoices, track project costs, estimates, approvals, materials, and service records across active repair and construction work, and coordinate with project services teams, vendors, field managers, and accounting to keep job files current.

Qualifications

• Prior accounting, bookkeeping, or project accounting experience in construction, home services, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of invoices, expense reports, estimates, vendor payments, and job cost tracking.
• Experience working with project management or task management systems, Asana experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume administrative and accounting workflows.
• Ability to communicate clearly with vendors, internal teams, field staff, and clients.
• Comfortable supporting multiple active projects, deadlines, invoices, and documentation requests at once.
• Basic construction industry or residential services experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
