• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Outgoing and personable with teamwork spirit.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Recruit experienced general and skilled personnel for our teams.
• Assist in morning check-ins at client sites.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates.
• Manage onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain up-to-date candidate job boards.
• Coach, mentor and train new employees.
• Support Account Executives in managing client teams.
• Build and sustain client relationships.
• Attend lunches, networking events, and social outings.
• Develop strategic personnel solutions and communicate expectations.
