Radley Staffing, LLC. in Phoenix, AZ, is hiring an Account Manager to support construction clients and field employees. This relationship-driven role blends client service, staffing, recruiting, employee relations, and field operations.

You will spend significant time visiting jobsites, meeting client leadership, and ensuring service levels meet expectations. This isn't a traditional desk recruiting role; you are the face of Radley on client projects.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Outgoing, personable and a team player.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting experienced general and skilled personnel to join our teams.
• Assisting in morning check-ins/handoffs at clients’ location sites.
• Conducting phone and in-person interviews with candidates.
• Managing the onboarding process of new employees.
• Maintaining up to date job boards of available candidates.
• Coaching, mentoring, and training of new employees.
• Assist the Account Executives in managing highly effective teams for our clients’.
• Build upon and maintain client relationships.
• Attend lunches, networking events, and social outings.
• Develop strategic personnel and problem-solving solutions.
• Communicate expectations between all stakeholders.
