Job summary

Pavement Marking LLC, a leading pavement marking and roadway safety provider, seeks an Accounts Receivable (A/R) Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage billing, collections, and AR accuracy, coordinating with project teams and customers across branches.

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or GED; accounting degree preferred.
• 2–3 years AR experience in construction or highway maintenance.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; familiar with construction portals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process progress billings, time and material billings, and final invoices.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to verify quantities, rates, and change orders.
• Process invoices via Textura, Ariba, or other portals as required.
• Maintain lien waivers, payroll backups, and invoice documentation.
• Monitor aging AR, make collections calls, and apply cash receipts accurately.
• Reconcile AR subledger to GL and support audits.
