Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Manager, Consolidations to lead multi‑entity financial consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and related close processes. You will coordinate with corporate finance teams to ensure timely, accurate consolidated results and strong controls.

The role requires extensive consolidation experience, U.S. GAAP knowledge, and leadership to develop accounting professionals across domestic and international entities.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) or more years of progressive accounting experience, required.
• Two (2) or more years of management experience, preferred.
• Experience performing or managing financial consolidations in a complex, multi‑entity environment, preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, consolidated reporting, foreign currency matters, and intercompany accounting, preferred.
• Experience with large ERP systems and consolidation or financial close platforms, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation activities for domestic and international entities.
• Oversees intercompany eliminations and reconciliations; resolves differences.
• Reviews journal entries, reconciliations, and close schedules for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Assists with internal and external audits related to consolidations and intercompany matters.
• Maintains internal controls and documentation; supports process improvements.
