Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of accounting experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation for domestic and international entities.
• Prepare intercompany eliminations and eliminations balances.
• Oversee intercompany reconciliations and resolve differences.
• Apply intercompany policies and close procedures.
• Review consolidation journal entries and schedules for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate close calendar and ensure deadlines.
• Support audits related to consolidations and intercompany matters.
• Maintain internal controls over consolidation processes.
