Job summary

BDO USA, P.A. seeks a Manager of Consolidations to lead multi-entity financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and related reconciliations.

You will mentor accounting teams and partner with corporate and business-unit finance to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of close processes. The role focuses on ensuring timely, compliant reporting, resolving intercompany differences, and supporting audits across domestic and international entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Seven+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Two+ years of management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and intercompany accounting preferred.
• Experience with large ERP systems and consolidation or financial close platforms.
• CPA, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation activities for domestic and international entities.
• Prepare and document intercompany eliminations and reconciliations.
• Oversee intercompany reconciliations and resolve variances.
• Ensure close processes meet timelines and comply with US GAAP.
• Support internal and external audits related to consolidations and eliminations.
• Maintain effective internal controls over consolidation processes.
