BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Manager, Consolidations to lead the execution of multi-entity consolidation activities and intercompany eliminations. You will work with corporate and business-unit finance teams to ensure accurate, timely consolidated financial results and strong internal controls.

The role requires 7+ years of accounting experience, managerial exposure, and deep knowledge of US GAAP. ERP and consolidation systems experience, CPA preferred; strong Excel/data-analysis skills are

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Seven+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Two+ years of management experience preferred.
• Experience performing or managing financial consolidations in a complex, multi-entity environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, consolidated reporting, foreign currency matters, and intercompany accounting preferred.
• Experience with large ERP systems and consolidation or financial close platforms preferred.
• CPA, preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle and OneStream experience preferred; advanced Excel and data-analysis skills required.

Mansioni

• Execute and supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation activities for domestic and international entities.
• Prepare and document intercompany eliminations, including various intercompany balances.
• Oversee intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to meet close timelines.
• Apply intercompany accounting policies and reconcile standards; improve close processes.
• Review consolidation and elimination entries, reconciliations, rollforwards, and supporting schedules for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Coordinate close calendar activities, monitor dependencies, and ensure reporting deadlines are met.
• Analyze consolidation results for variances and unusual activity; address potential errors in eliminations.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests related to consolidations and intercompany matters.
• Maintain internal controls and documentation over consolidation processes; address deficiencies.
• Support management on special projects and system enhancements as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
