Job summary

The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Accounting Systems & Consolidation Coordinator to oversee consolidation of financial statements for the ARC Command. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and experience with computerized accounting processes.

You will coordinate year-end activities, develop training materials, manage access to accounting systems, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 4 years progressively responsible experience in double-entry computerized accounting.
• One year of related training experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, analyzes, coordinates, and evaluates the consolidation of ARC Command financial statements per FASB standards.
• Develops and implements processes to support financial consolidation and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees year-end consolidation of all ARC Command units to produce timely financial statements.
• Coordinates training sessions and materials to promote effective use of accounting systems.
