Job summary

The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center in Atlanta, GA seeks an Accounting Systems & Consolidation Coordinator to oversee the consolidation of financial statements in accordance with FASB standards and Territorial Headquarters requirements. You will develop processes, lead year-end activities, and train staff on accounting systems.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and 4 years of double-entry accounting experience; SAGE Intacct experience is

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4 years progressively responsible experience performing double-entry computerized accounting.
• SAGE Intacct experience preferred; related training experience also noted.

Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, coordinate and evaluate consolidation of Command financial statements.
• Develop and implement processes for consolidation and regulatory compliance.
• Lead year-end consolidation for Command units to produce accurate financial statements.
• Create training materials and conduct sessions to ensure proper use of accounting systems.
