Job summary

Bish’s RV, a leading family-owned RV dealer, is seeking a skilled supply chain professional to optimize inventory and procurement.

You will manage inventory levels, analyze data for cost savings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements. This on-site Idaho role emphasizes efficiency and reliability in a fast-growing dealer environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of inventory management processes and best practices.
• Experience with procurement and vendor management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers.
