Job summary

Bish’s RV, a large family-owned RV dealer in Meridian, Idaho, is seeking a seasoned Inventory and Supply Chain professional. This role focuses on maximizing efficiency, optimizing inventory, and managing procurement from sourcing through delivery across a busy regional operation.

The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and inventory software.

Description

What you'll do:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that maximize efficiency and profitability
• Ensure that the right amount of inventory is on the ground at the right time to meet customer demand
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for adjustments based on sales trends and market conditions
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
• Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of goods and services
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and systems to optimize inventory levels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational improvements

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain management
• Strong understanding of inventory management processes and best practices
• Experience with procurement and vendor management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
