• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5 years of relevant multimedia production experience.
• Experience with concept development, filming, editing, and delivering social-first content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and platform-specific storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated multimedia storytelling strategies aligned with conservation goals.
• Deliver high-quality video, audio, and visual content across digital and broadcast channels.
• Create and optimize content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with Communications and Marketing teams to align stories with strategic goals.
• Guide staff on content-capture practices and provide creative direction.
• Maintain an organized digital library and manage multimedia assets.
• Ensure deliverables meet brand, accessibility, and quality standards.
