Job summary

Lila Sciences is seeking a Multimedia Sr. Manager to oversee content creation, production, and asset management across the organization.

This in-house role supports corporate communications, scientific storytelling, and recruitment, working closely with scientists and engineers to translate frontier work into clear visuals and narratives. You will lead end-to-end multimedia projects, explore AI-powered tools, build reusable templates, and collaborate with product, marketing, and facilities

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced settings or digital marketing agency.
• Experience with content strategy and storytelling in startup or corporate environments.
• Fluency with AI production tools for image, video, audio, motion and editing workflows.
• Familiarity with scientific/technical topics; background in science, AI/ML, robotics, or software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and produce engaging multimedia content for internal and external platforms.
• Capture and edit high-quality photos and video for materials, communications, recruiting, events, and social content.
• Manage end-to-end production from concept to delivery, coordinating timelines, reviews, and asset handoff.
• Stay current with industry trends and AI-powered tools to accelerate quality.
• Partner with scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate complex topics into visuals.
• Support Talent Acquisition, Internal Communications, Facilities, Product, and Sales with media assets.
• Build templates and lightweight production systems for high-frequency requests.
• Develop visual storytelling across Notion, Slack, Web, newsletters, and social channels.
