Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, environmental studies, international development, or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in project coordination, program support, or workforce development.
• Experience with donor-funded or grant-funded projects and reporting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative work across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Support MEL activities and data collection for learning and reporting.
• Assist with communications, newsletters, and knowledge-sharing.
• Maintain project documentation and learning platforms; support donor reports.
