Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and manages community engagement programs and initiatives in alignment with department goals and priorities.
• Manages and administers operational activities supporting community engagement and evaluates program effectiveness.
• Develops and maintains relationships with county departments, agencies, organizations and groups to achieve goals.
• Oversees communication efforts with community members and coordinates with marketing and support teams.
• Reviews reports detailing program status and prepares recommendations or corrective actions.
• Develops and administers the program's annual budget and identifies funding sources.
