Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education, environmental studies, or international development.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination or program support.
• Experience supporting donor-funded or grant-funded projects with tracking and reporting.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; works well across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; flag risks and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and learning activities with agendas and follow-ups.
• Maintain organized project documentation and shared resources.
• Support MEL activities, data collection, and reporting for donor and internal use.
