Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a program-related field and four years of professional-level experience coordinating, monitoring, administering, or managing program activities.
• Relevant professional level experience and/or education may be substituted.
• Four years of experience with Pima County in a supervisory capacity is acceptable in lieu of the degree.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and manages community engagement programs aligned with department goals.
• Manages operations and assesses program effectiveness and success.
• Builds relationships with other departments, agencies, and community groups to achieve program goals.
