Job summary

Gigs is building the operating system for mobile services and expanding connectivity across the Americas. We seek a Technical Product Manager for Connectivity who will own the Americas network integration roadmap, drive carrier integrations, and shape the platform features to deliver a seamless experience for developers and customers.

Success comes from strong product discovery, technical scoping, and prioritization in a deeply technical domain.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in API, platform, or integration-heavy systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on mentality: ownership and clear, proactive communication in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the Americas network integration roadmap, balancing new-market expansion, reliability, and the long-term platform vision.
• Integrate fragmented legacy carrier systems to deliver a seamless product experience on top of them.
• Define platform features per integration and map provider capabilities to the platform.
• Determine carrier fit based on technical, product, commercial, and strategic factors.
• Identify and manage risks of integrations early on.
• Partner with Connectivity and Engineering to land integrations on time.
