Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Connected Warfare Deputy Head of Production at Arsenal-1 in Ashville, OH. The role leads production strategy and scaling, owning ramp plans, headcount, and line setups to reach full-rate output.

You will guide cross-functional teams across Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering, drive KPIs, and uphold a quality-first culture while leveraging PLM/ERP/MES/QMS tools to push precision and speed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience overseeing the production and test of complex electromechanical products.
• Experience leading large (100+ person) manufacturing teams and cross-functional groups across planning, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, quality, and production.
• Strong background in quality assurance with AS9100D.
• Proven ability to scale production from prototype to high-rate制造.
• Ability to manage multiple large projects in parallel and report progress regularly.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week at Asheville, OH campus (Arsenal 1).

Responsibilities

• Own production outcomes for the Connected Warfare product line, including ramp plans, headcount, and standing up new manufacturing lines.
• Lead cross-functional teams across production, supply chain, quality, and Manufacturing Engineering to meet timelines and goals.
• Establish and manage KPIs for financial, quality, and on-time delivery to optimize operations.
• Drive a quality-first culture and ensure AS9100D compliance across manufacturing operations.
• Advise on and implement digital technologies (PLM, ERP, MES, QMS) to scale production.
