NEP Group Inc. is seeking a Vice President & General Manager, Connected Solutions – South Florida to lead the flagship hub and set the standard for reliability and client service.

You will drive executive-level operations across engineering, technical operations, and client-facing teams, ensuring scalable growth and top-tier performance. This role oversees budget, staffing, and cross-functional execution, partnering with sales, accounts, and finance to deliver high-impact live production

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in live production or related operational leadership.
• Strong client-service orientation with experience supporting major customers and executives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the South Florida Hub as the senior executive, ensuring flagship operations within NEP’s connected production ecosystem.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, client experience, budget ownership, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, production, and TOC/MCR/NOC teams.
• Drive standards through SOPs, runbooks, and escalation paths to maintain reliability and high-touch service.
• Partner with Finance, Production, and Operations to manage utilization, staffing, and capital investments for growth.
