Responsibilities

• Lead the South Florida Hub as the senior executive and flagship facility leader.
• Own day-to-day operations, reliability, readiness, and client service standards.
• Drive SOPs, runbooks, escalation paths, and global Connected Solutions standards.
• Bridge engineering, operations, production, and client-facing teams.
• Plan for scale: staffing, capacity, and future growth.
• Manage budget, resources, and facility investments.
• Support live events and multi-site execution across NEP hubs.
