Job summary

NISC is seeking a senior software developer to join the iVUE Connect team, focusing on full-stack development and dynamic pricing features. You’ll design and deliver responsive web apps, stand up REST services, and drive containerized microservices with Kubernetes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software development, strong Angular/TypeScript skills, Java OO programming experience, and familiarity with AWS, Postgres/Oracle, and automated testing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency with Angular and/or TypeScript.
• Java or other object-oriented programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive web applications.
• Stand up RESTful web services.
• Container-driven development with Kubernetes and microservices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features.
• Research, analyze, and resolve moderately complex issues and bugs.
• Unit and integration testing as needed.
